Our client in the Food Manufacturing industry is looking for a Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to add to their team in Neenah, WI. Reporting to the president, you will lead the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive, best-in-class approach to food safety, sanitation, quality, research and development, and regulatory compliance. As the leader of food safety, QA, R&D, and regulatory, your goal will be to provide high-level strategy and guidance to take the company into the future. To be successful in this role, you must a strong food safety and quality background and knowledge of regulatory requirements. In addition to that, you must be a strategic problem solver and have an eye for identifying areas of improvement.
