Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Finance Director to add to their team in the Burlington, MA area. You will be taking over the responsibilities of an individual preparing for retirement after 20+ years with the company. The incumbent will stay on with the company as long as it takes to get you up and running, allowing for a smooth transition for the entire company. You will be responsible for overall management of financial/accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll, financial reporting and analysis, and general administrative leadership. A willingness to learn to manage the HR functions and eventually lead in this area in addition to Finance is required.
