Our client is looking for a Director of Clients Services to add to their remote team headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for leading Client Services in coordinating and managing customers, internal teams, and outside service partner resources. Our client is looking for a “Player/Coach” with experience in Customer Success, Client Services and/or Account Management, with managing services agencies and strong leadership skills who is excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with a client base that spans multiple industries. Ideal candidates will have experience writing content for instructional and/or user-experience purposes. To be successful in this role you must have excellent listening, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
