Our client, a rapidly growing electrical manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their Customer Service Team (6 on CS team; 30 company-wide) in Tinley Park. Within the last five years, they’ve experienced double-digit growth and are looking to add another team member to support their continued expansion. In this role, you will spend about 70% of your time on order management with the balance of your day on customer support. They are looking for candidates who have experience with both pre-sales (quoting, order-entry, etc.) and post-sales support within a manufacturing or distribution company.
