You will be responsible for responding to inbound customer service calls, emails, and quotes to maintain a clear channel of communication between the customer, sales team, and factory throughout the order process to ensure a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates will have full-cycle customer service experience, be energetic, eager to learn, and excited to pursue a career with advancement opportunities.
