Customer Service Representative (Order Entry)

Our client in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their team in Shelton, CT. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in many aspects of the business, including working directly with Japanese partners, customers, and internal teams to support the activity of the company and ensure the efficient operation of the office. To be successful in this role, you must be an effective communicator and juggle many moving parts at a time. Prior customer service and ERP experience is necessary to thrive in this role. Our client is looking for someone who is highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
