Our client, a rapidly growing electrical manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join their Team in Tinley Park, IL. You'll have the flexibility to work from home two days a week! With a small-yet-mighty team of only 30 employees, this company is quickly scaling up to keep up with its YoY growth. In this role, you’ll spend about 70% of your time processing and following up on orders with the balance dedicated to customer support. Because of the nature of our client’s business, a background working with an OEM or for a distribution company is a must. So, if you only have experience communicating directly with the end users who are using your products, this would not be a good fit. Additionally, our client is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and takes pride in knowing they’re an integral part of each customer’s journey.
