Customer Service/Proactive Sales Specialist

Our client in a specialized manufacturing industry is looking for a proactive Customer Support/Inside Sales Specialist to add to their team in Billerica, MA. This is an in-office position but allows the flexibility to work from home one day per week once fully trained. In this role, you will support customer needs over the phone/email and also reach out to active accounts to recommend products, parts, and preventative maintenance services. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who is customer service-focused, outgoing, and comfortable handling outreach to create new sales opportunities within the existing customer base. Prior experience related to manufacturing, replacement parts, medical devices, engineered products, or a technical position is preferred but not required. To be successful, you must be goal-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to balance sales outreach in parallel with administrative duties.
