Our client, offering equipment manufacturing supplies and solutions, is looking for a Customer Service and Order Administrator to add to their team near Kansas City, MO. You will be responsible for processing incoming sales orders, tracking order inventory, and maintaining close communication with customers and internal teams to resolve problems that might arise – spending about 60% of your time communicating with customers, 30% communicating with internal teams, and the remaining time processing orders. Our client is looking for someone with prior customer service or customer facing experience with a sense of urgency for resolving challenges while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
