Our industrial manufacturing client seeks a Customer Service Representative to support their advanced engineering and production capabilities in Attleboro, MA. You will be responsible for quoting, contract review, order entry, raw material procurement, and resolution of customer issues regarding design and manufacture of a broad range of high-precision metal and plastic components and assemblies. Our client needs an individual with 1+ years of experience with customer service/account management outside a call center environment, strong knowledge of manufacturing, and familiarity with CRM systems. To be successful in this role, you must also have exceptional attention to detail and the desire to learn and grow professionally.
