Our client is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to add to their small team in Woburn, MA. This is an onsite position. You will be responsible for overseeing two customer service representatives to ensure the needs of their key accounts are being met successfully. Their clients range from government municipalities to the military, and various other businesses so you will have minimal exposure talking with actual end users. Your team will assist clients in quoting prices, placing new orders, product returns, and coordinating service work. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to transition into more of a B2B industry. To be chosen for this role, you must have previous experience driving new processes that streamline workflow resulting in more automated and structured procedures. You must be comfortable being hands-on and rolling up your sleeves to identify what areas need to be improved. You will have the ability to coach and support team members while having the autonomy to truly make a difference in the department’s systems.
