Converting Shift Supervisor

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Converting Shift Supervisor to add to their team in Southwest Tennessee. Reporting to the Converting Superintendent, you will oversee assigned shift production in accordance with quality objectives, in a safe manner, and at budgeted cost while focusing on continuous improvement. Our client is looking for someone with at least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a converting or packaging equipment environment. To be successful in this role, you must be an adaptable team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills, while providing consultation and coaching to employees.
