Controller with Path to CFO

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Controller to join their team in Marietta, Georgia. Reporting directly to the COO, this hands-on leadership role supports both high-level corporate accounting and finance functions while also managing the day-to-day business details. You will mentor four direct reports, handling AR, AP, and billing functions. The ideal candidate will have progressive accounting experience in the manufacturing or service industry, a strong knowledge of GAAP, and financial reporting expertise to support executive business decisions. This is a highly collaborative role, so success will depend on your ability to communicate and work effectively across departments.
