Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Controller to join their team just southwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on leadership opportunity supporting both high-level corporate accounting/finance and diving into the details of the day-to-day business. This role involves mentoring up to four direct reports (Accounting Manager & Staff Accountants) and four indirect clerical staff. The ideal candidate will have progressive accounting experience in a multi-division company, strong GAAP knowledge, and financial reporting expertise. Candidates transitioning from public accounting will also be considered. Success requires a driven, self-motivated professional who can be flexible and strategic in a dynamic environment.
