Our client, an innovative company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Controller to add to their team outside of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for ensuring organization-wide compliance with GAAP, supervising an accounting team of four (4), and coordinating tax preparation and filings. Ideal candidates will have experience managing mid-sized company budgets, preferably in a multi-entity organization, and be able to navigate differing state and local tax regulations.  Aside from the main duties, our client is looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach to team management.
