Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a hands-on Controller to add to their team in Orange County, California. In this role, you will manage daily accounting operations and drive process improvements to elevate capabilities to prepare for future growth. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting and leadership background within manufacturing. Prior experience with Oracle-based ERP and/or public accounting is a plus but is not required. To be successful, you must be willing to roll up your sleeves, identify areas needing process improvement and implement best practices for financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, and profitability analysis. This is a tremendous opportunity with a well-established company to make a significant impact that could lead to near-term career growth, given the retirement plans of the current CFO.
