Our client is looking for a Conference/Meetings & Events Registration Coordinator to add to their team in Orange County, CA. You will support Registration and Event Managers with overseeing the attendee management process for travel programs, such as attendee information, hotel room blocks and tracking pick-up, optional activity selections, flight requests, and attendance numbers while maintaining a high level of customer service to program attendees. To be successful in this role, you will need at least one (1) year of meeting/events industry experience.
