Our client is looking for a Conference/Meetings & Events Coordinator to add to their team in Orange County, CA. You will work closely with Event Managers to understand the scope of the program to build a website, registration links, and other event communication tools; and you will oversee the attendee management process for programs, such as attendee information, hotel room blocks and tracking pick-up, optional activity selections, flight requests, and attendance numbers while maintaining a high level of customer service to program attendees. To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of industry experience and experience utilizing Cvent.
