Our client, an electronic manufacturer, is looking for a Client Support Representative to add to their small team in Woburn, MA. This is an onsite position. Reporting to their Operations Manager, you’ll work alongside their other CSR to engage with clients by quoting prices, placing new orders, product returns, and coordinating service work. Their clients range from government municipalities to the military, and various other businesses. So, if you’re looking to transition into your first B2B environment or move away from a call-center-type atmosphere with heavy inbound call volume, this could be perfect for you.
