Our client, a leading sporting goods manufacturer, is looking for a Chief Operations Officer to add to their team near Indianapolis, IN. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, strategy, growth, and company expansion. In addition to that, you will work to improve operational efficiencies, policies, and culture. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors in setting and driving the organization's vision and initiatives for explosive growth opportunities. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong operations background in the manufacturing industry and understand the needs of labor-intensive production operations. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in custom manufacturing environments.
