As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting and executing the overall strategic direction of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will provide visionary leadership, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. Your expertise in the sporting goods and manufacturing industries will be pivotal in building and maintaining a competitive edge, fostering innovation, and expanding market share. To be successful in this role, you must be a change agent capable of professionalizing the organization and rebuilding the company’s culture by setting and driving the organization's vision and initiatives for explosive growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record with Turnaround Companies and leading them to a merger or acquisition.
