Our client in the chemical manufacturing industry is looking for a Remote Business Support Specialist to add to their team. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers. Your goal is to manage the client pipeline to ensure customers are informed and satisfied. In addition, you will make recommendations as appropriate to refine/enhance operational processes. To succeed in this role, you must be able to develop relationships with customers, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate effectively with production, quality, and sales teams. While not required, ideal candidates will have experience in the Packaging Film industry.
