Branch Manager (Industrial Parts/Equipment)

Our client in the agricultural parts industry is looking for a Branch Manager to add to their Bishopville, SC location. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. In addition, you will guide and mentor the small 3-5 people sales team to maximize their potential, craft sales plans, and communicate those plans to the upper management team. Ideal candidates will come from an agricultural or industrial equipment background and have solid leadership ability. Listening to and developing an understanding of the needs of the local farming community and harvesting established relationships is key. There is no overnight travel required. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established family-owned company with the potential to eventually oversee the entire SC operation.
