Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their small office team in Halethorpe, MD. Reporting to the owner, you will take charge of daily accounting tasks such as preparing accounts payables and receivables, ensuring accurate client invoicing, and small-scale payroll processing. Working alongside the office administrator, you’ll support tasks such as answering a low volume of incoming calls and ordering office supplies when needed.  We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, excellent memory skills, and proficiency in both written and verbal communication. A high level of discretion for confidential financial and company information is essential.
