Our client, in the wholesale nursery industry, is looking for an Assistant Field Grower to add to their team in North of Indianapolis. You will be responsible for assisting the field operation manager in the day-to-day operations of 850+ acres of nursery tree production. Nursery tree production includes shade, ornamental, and evergreen trees. This position involves hands-on work in the field, assisting with the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of plant products. You will work closely with the field operation manager to ensure the health and quality of our plants, implementing best practices in plant care and field management. To be successful in this role, you must have a high level of knowledge and experience in field production.
