In this Tier 2 support role, you will provide troubleshooting assistance to dealers over the phone to assess the accuracy of installation setups. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully resolving technology issues related to the alarm/security industry, keypad entry, or video solutions. Applicants can have experience in either alarm tech support or security system installation.
