Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their team near Portland, OR. Working as part of the Client Relations team, you’ll support external new hires to help complete the necessary paperwork and test authorization/setup process in order for clients to maintain regulatory compliance. On a typical day, you could be speaking with anywhere from 1 – 10 individuals, so you must have strong organizational skills that will help you effectively drive the process forward in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and have a strong and pleasant phone presence.
