Accounting & Operations Administrator

This is a newly created role supporting Bachendorf's corporate accounting and operations teams. You’ll spend about 80% of your time providing hands-on support across day-to-day accounting functions, primarily accounts payable, while the balance of your time will be spent supporting overall operational needs. Over time, the role will expand into process improvement, developing best practices, and supporting special projects across the business.

We're looking for someone who is smart, adaptable, process-minded, and comfortable working with numbers. This role is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. While the position will initially focus heavily on accounting support, we’re looking for someone who is analytical, comfortable with numbers and data, learns quickly, and is interested in gaining exposure to a variety of business initiatives and projects.
