Accounting Manager - Mission Critical Facilities

Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to add to their team outside of Austin, TX. Reporting to the VP of Finance and Accounting, you will delegate, supervise, and participate in the day-to-day financial operations for the accounting department, as well as hire, train, and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring the department operates efficiently and with accuracy. Our client is looking for someone with at least four years of progressive accounting experience involving bookkeeping, financial reporting & analysis, and reconciliations with at least two years of experience supervising/managing a team. To be successful in this role, you must be analytical and detail oriented, interested in contributing to teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of accounting and management principles.
