Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Accounting Manager to add to their team in Orange County, California. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure the integrity of accounting data and will focus on month-end close, financial statement analysis, reporting, and budgets. You will also provide leadership and guidance to four direct reports, including AR/AP team members & a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate has solid accounting experience with month-end close and budgeting and is knowledgeable about GAAP. To be successful, you must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills and be willing to roll up your sleeves to support areas needing process improvement.
