Our client is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Manager to add to their team in Santa Ana, CA. Our client has experienced growth during the pandemic, so building out a 2nd shift is a new venture for them. This is a great opportunity to join at the start of their 2nd Shift operations and provide a valuable impact from day 1. You will be tasked with managing a team ranging from 15 to 130 people and ensuring client projects are completed on schedule. If you come from a fulfillment/distribution environment and have a solid background in assembly/production management, you could be a great addition to the team.
