Our client in the SaaS industry is looking for a Remote Windows System Administrator to add to their team. You will be responsible for supporting and managing their Windows and AWS environment by creating and utilizing tools to monitor applications and services in the cloud including system health indicators, trend identification, and anomaly detection. In addition to that, you will also be responsible for analyzing performance and key metrics in order to optimize software and system performance. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Ideal candidates will have experience managing systems in a SaaS environment.
