Warehouse Manager
Logistics / Supply Chain · Pacific Northwest
Our client, a forward-thinking automotive services business, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee their shipping/receiving team (4) while ultimately managing their in-house inventory. To be chosen for this role, you must have supervisory or management experience within a warehouse environment. They’re currently implementing new inventory software so finding someone who embraces technology to work smarter, not harder is also key. Beyond the bullets below, they’re looking for someone who is process-driven and continuous-improvement-minded. Because their inventory is used in-house, you will not be interacting with external customers. You’ll thrive in this role if you pride yourself on your ability to build and mend bridges across departments while championing a culture of operational efficiency. After all, you’re overseeing an inventory of 7m (annually) so attention to detail is paramount in this pivotal role. If you are looking for a leadership role where you can have more impact, this will be perfect for you. Whether you’re looking for more of a typical schedule (M-F, 7:30 AM-4 PM) to have a better work/life balance or would enjoy playing a key role in supporting the transformation and streamlining of a department, don’t miss your chance to put your fingerprints on change with a company in growth mode.
