Our client in the staffing industry is looking for a forward-thinking VP of Recruiting Operations to add to their growing team. In this role, you will provide leadership for all business operations and strategy development related to the Recruiting Department, which encompasses 40-50 people across three teams. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented leader from the staffing industry or human resources who is skilled at managing operations with a high volume of applicants that are seamlessly routed through the various stages of the hiring process utilizing technology to effectively manage the pipeline. To be successful, you must be proactive, assertive, and focused on utilizing metrics to drive operational improvements.
