Our client in the staffing industry with remote team members across the globe is looking for a hands-on VP of IT to add to their growing organization. In this fully remote role, you will oversee the IT Department and supervise the planning, creation, implementation, security, and maintenance of the company's information systems. Our client has seen tremendous growth over the last several years and is in the process of scaling their IT to support ongoing business needs. You will be leading the charge, but also very hands-on. The ideal candidate is well-versed in supporting the technology needs of a remote workforce, software implementations, IaaS, ITIL, and PCI compliance. Experience with SCRUM or Agile methodologies is preferred but not required. To be successful, you must be action-oriented, people-focused, and leverage the preferred technology to drive operational improvements across a fully remote team.
