This global role centered in Austin, TX will be responsible for revolutionizing the way our client builds, tests, and releases products that fuel their entertainment organization at its core. You will develop a culture of innovative engineering, building exceptional engineering teams that modernize, invent, employ, and activate solutions that drive rich, distinctive digital experiences for their employees and customers both in B2C and B2B. This leader lives in the middle of the product-centric model and delivery of digital ecosystems and will preside over core engineering teams including full-stack software engineering, QA engineering, and DevOps. This global role will work at the intersection of business vision and technical execution. You will help transcend their entertainment business into a software business for their clients such as the Olympics, UFC, professional sports teams, etc. This is a unique opportunity to scale a diverse team of engineers while driving cross-functional alignment towards a product-centric delivery model to evolve their portfolio and platforms.
