Our non-profit client is looking for a Vice President of Development and Fundraising to add to their team in the Dallas, TX area. While managing a fundraising team of about 17 individuals, you will be responsible for providing the strategic direction, vision and leadership. You will help cultivate revenue streams and develop avenues for fundraising while furthering the organization’s mission. If you have experience building a fundraising program from scratch and/or experience transforming the fundraising performance for an organization, you could be a wonderful addition to their team.
