Our client in the software industry is looking for a Remote Customer Technical Consultant to add to their team in the US. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for providing technical support to enterprise companies that utilize our client’s software solution. Duties include troubleshooting various technical issues, creating cases, identifying workarounds, and documenting root cause analysis. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience handling customer interactions for enterprise software. In addition, our client is looking for someone who enjoys working with a team and has excellent communication skills.
