Technical Services Specialist (Remote; 2 Years SQL Experience Req.) Description Our client in the software solution industry is looking for a fully remote Technical Services Specialist to add to their team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, Client Services team, and other departments with technical interactions regarding applications and data. You will serve as the interface between various stakeholders and the more technical operations going on behind the scenes. Technical Services Specialist (Remote; 2 Years SQL Experience Req.) Responsibilities • Review and analyze logs for errors • Investigate tickets, file transfers, and errors • Troubleshoot customer reported issues • Provide technical support or escalate ticket up to Tier 3 • Implement and set up new customer instances • Collaborate effectively with designers and engineers • Write detailed user stories/descriptions of issues and enhancements Technical Services Specialist (Remote; 2 Years SQL Experience Req.) Qualifications • 2+ years experience writing SQL queries and I/U/D statements required • 2+ years OO (Object-oriented) programming language experience required • Understanding or experience using REST APIs required • Understanding or experience using AWS cloud services required • Project management, documentation, and training experience required • Willingness to work 1 on-call weekend rotation every 7 weeks (after 3-6 months) required
