Technical IPTV Installations and Support Engineer

Our client is looking for a Technical Installations and Support Network Engineer to add to their team in the United States. In this role, you will get to work from your home office when not traveling to customer sites. You will be responsible for efficiently handling all phases of technical projects for US customers, including site survey, hardware and software installation, configuration and integration with customers’ existing infrastructure, acceptance testing, training, and operations. Our client is looking for someone with at least three years of networking experience, skilled in installation, configuration and troubleshooting Windows servers from scratch, and has experience integrating TV or mobile technology. To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer skills with the ability to handle and solve complex technical problems with attention to detail.
