Our client in the IT consultation industry is looking for a Systems Administrator to add to their team in Mason, OH. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance and security, installing and configuring new hardware and software solutions, and providing input and guidance for new IT projects. Ideal candidates will have Level 2 or higher systems administration experience, experience communicating technical problems and solutions to business leaders, and the ability to effectively self-manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a low-stress role with few production issues and no night/weekend on-call requirements and an excellent opportunity to join a small, agile team with a work culture centered on positivity, humility, and trust.
