You will be responsible for maintaining and improving inbound customer service activities and performance while managing a team of Tier 1-3 Support Engineers. Our client is looking for an individual with 5+ years of customer-facing IT/support team experience, along with a strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies and configuring associated applications.
