Our client, a wholesale distribution supplier, is seeking a Supply Store Manager near Eustis, FL. In this role, you will manage daily site operations, ensuring high customer service standards, efficient staff scheduling, and operational compliance. You will interact directly with customers (primarily contractors), lead your team by example, and maintain assets and inventory for the location. Qualified candidates will have at least 2+ years of sales management experience overseeing 2 or more employees, experience monitoring and analyzing sales data such as KPIs, sales goals and trends. Prior experience working with contractors or in wholesale supplies or equipment will be essential for understanding customer needs and terminology.
