Our client in the legal training industry is looking for a Student Success Manager to add to their team. You will be responsible for the success and completion of online legal training programs by providing high-quality service to worldwide participants and instructors. In addition to that, you will track and monitor course completion and success and provide feedback to subject matter experts and instructors to ensure the best possible experience for attorney participants. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of client-facing work experience in the online education & professional development space. Ideal candidates will have the knowledge and ability to analyze and provide feedback to optimize courses and possess strong organization and communication skills.
