Job Description Our client is looking for a welcoming and friendly Store Manager to join their team near Portland, OR. You will help lead, coach, and train about 25 employees and will ensure the Store is run to company standards. If you have experience managing retail employees and providing excellent customer service, you could be a great addition to this team. Store Manager (Retail management exp. req.) Responsibilities • Ensure proper opening and closing of the location • Complete reports and cash reconciliation • Complete deposits; audit paperwork and reports • Maintain proper inventory; order items as necessary • Manage about 25 employees • Manage employee recruitment, hiring/firing, training, reviews, etc. • Schedule employees for optimum store performance • Ensure employees follow established processes • Ensure customer service standards are met • Assist employees with guest interactions when necessary • Ensure guests have a positive, safe experience • Maintain store appearance according to company standards; ensure equipment and facilities are functioning as they should -- report malfunctions and issues • Work collaboratively; instill a spirit of cooperation among the team Store Manager (Retail management exp. req.) Qualifications • 3+ years retail experience required • 1+ year retail management experience required • Employee scheduling experience required • POS experience required • Basic Excel skills required • Driver’s License required
