Sr. Systems Engineer

Our client in the IT industry is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer to add to their team in Pompton Lakes, NJ. You will be responsible for supporting Level 3 support requests, ensuring system operation and functionality for multiple clients, and delegating support tasks to a small team. In addition, you will assist in quoting and designing system architecture for new environments and weighing in on new processes and best practices. Ideal candidates will be solutions-oriented self-starters that like to get a job done the right way first by not taking a cookie-cutter approach to technology challenges. Exceptional customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate with non-technical audiences are a must. You will spend your time in the office and occasionally onsite at local client locations for implementations and hands-on maintenance.
