Our client is looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales to add to their team near Alexandria, VA. In this role you will develop and execute the company’s plan for meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals. The Senior Vice President of Sales leads the sales team, evaluates them, and holds them accountable for their individual and team quotas. Collaborating with the President/CEO, you will plan the overall market direction and business development. Our client is looking for someone with 15+ years of sales experience with a successful history of leading, recruiting, and training sales teams. Experience in event planning or hospitality would be a plus. To be successful in the role, you must be a motivator, be able to hold people accountable, while building a strong team environment.
