Our client is an established and well-respected technical manufacturer seeking a Senior Standards Lab Supervisor to support critical calibration lab operations in Windsor, CT. This is a highly visible role focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of measurement standards that support quality-driven manufacturing applications across a variety of industries. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on calibration or metrology professional with strong ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17025 experience who enjoys technical problem-solving, process ownership, and mentoring others. You’ll serve as a technical leader within the lab—supporting calibration excellence, driving quality system compliance, improving processes, and helping develop junior team members.
