Our client, in the consulting industry, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to add to their team in a hybrid work environment in Schaumburg, IL. You will be able to work from home 2-3 days a week. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will perform full cycle recruiting for all positions within the company with the emphasis being on consultants. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT/tech consulting recruiting experience, working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS), an understanding of state and local labor laws, and knowledge of working with H1B petitions and Visa requirements.
