Our client is looking for an IT Manager to add to their team in San Diego, CA. You will oversee the strategic and operational management of the IT department to ensure alignment with the organization's business objectives, encompassing comprehensive planning, coordination, direction, and design of IT-related activities, while also providing administrative oversight for daily operations. You will supervise IT technicians and game techs, collaborate closely with department leaders to develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions, and establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Our client is looking for a proven leader/manager with at least 3 years of experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting large-scale IP networks and Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience. To be successful in this role, you must be able to prioritize, delegate, triage, and help set goals for the team to accomplish.
